Joel A. MacLeod

Mr. MacLeod has over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has been involved in an executive or director capacity with over 7 oil and gas companies. Mr. MacLeod has been actively involved in greater than 50 oil and gas acquisitions and dispositions and ranging in size from $100,000 to $5 billion with the 5 most lucrative sales being to companies with greater than $2 billon dollar enterprise values. Mr. MacLeod has been the founding CEO of 3 oil and gas companies over the past 6 years and all three have generated returns of greater than 10 fold for shareholders.

Mr. Macleod is the founding CEO of his investment holding company which was an early mover in the Duvernay, Cardium, Slave Point, Beaverhill Lake and Belly River plays. In his most recent venture, Predator Midstream Ltd., he was the majority shareholder and founding CEO which grew from a single $3 million equity investment to a sale for $107 million over a 2 year time period. Predator Midstream Ltd. grew to a company with revenues of $125 million in its final 8 months of operation and was comprised of 50 team members. Mr. MacLeod has been heavily involved in Midstream activities for the past 10 years and includes managing Midstream assets ranging in value from $1 million to approximately $1 billion. Tobias (Toby) J. McKenna

Mr. McKenna brings over 20 years of energy experience ranging from business development, merchant trading and origination to the storage of natural gas and structured financial products. Most recently serving as Vice President, Business Development for Predator Oil Ltd, Mr. McKenna was Vice President, Natural Gas Trading for Castleton Commodities Canada (CCI) from 2010-2014 and prior thereto was co-founder of its predecessor Louis Dreyfus Energy Canada in 2003. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. McKenna worked as a Senior Energy Trader and Manager of Origination at Engage Energy Canada.

Mr. McKenna has extensive and diverse experience and a proven record in strategic business planning, financial hedging and trading strategies and value added processes in the energy supply chain. He is a founder of Tidewater Midstream and infrastructure Ltd. and sits as a member of the corporation’s Board of Directors.

Mr. McKenna obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration, with distinction, from Saint Francis Xavier University, Antigonish, Nova Scotia in 1994.

Joel K. Vorra
Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining Tidewater, Mr. Vorra was the CFO of Predator Oil Ltd. and from October 2013 until its sale in August 2014 was Controller of Predator Midstream Ltd. where he worked closely with the Corporation’s founders and Board of Directors. Prior to joining Predator, Mr. Vorra earned his Chartered Accountant designation with Collins Barrow and worked as a senior member of the firm’s audit teams from 2008 to 2013.

Mr. Vorra’s prior experience involved advising oil and gas clients on various accounting and financial issues. Mr. Vorra has a proven track record in company start-ups primarily in the midstream space and was heavily involved in the sale of Predator Midstream Ltd.

Mr. Vorra obtained his Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the Haskayne School of Business at the University in Calgary in 2007 and his Chartered Accountant designation in 2011.

Jarvis A. Williams

Mr. Williams is currently a Vice President of Predator Oil Ltd. and from October 2012 until its sale in August 2014 was Vice President of Midstream Operations and Logistics of Predator Midstream Ltd. Prior to joining Predator, Mr. Williams worked for SkyWest Energy until its sale to Marquee Energy, as well as PrimeWest Energy and Taqa North.

Mr. Williams was heavily involved in the Midstream start-up and has prior experience with an energy services trucking start-up.

Mr. Williams obtained his CAPPA Certificate from SAIT Polytechnic in Calgary.

Mr. Ketch held management positions for all Canadian assets with Equal Energy (2007-2012). Mr. Ketch brings over 20 years of proven leadership skills to operations.


Reed McDonnell

Mr. McDonnell was recently the Senior Midstream Operations & Business Analyst at Tidewater. Previously, Mr. McDonnell had held the positions of Senior Midstream Operations & Business Analyst at Predator Midstream and Predator Oil. Prior thereto, Mr. McDonnell was in Institutional Equity Research at Cormark Securities Inc. and Wellington West Capital Markets Inc., respectively.

Mr. McDonnell brings close to 10 years of energy experience ranging from field operations in the midstream space to the financial analysis of small to large-cap E&P companies.


Brent Booth
VP of NGL Marketing

Mr. Booth currently serves as the Vice President of NGL Marketing. Prior to joining Tidewater in February of 2016, Mr. Booth spent 8 years with Plains Midstream Canada, where he gained valuable experience as a Trader in NGL Risk Management, Ethane and Natural Gas and NGL Marketing.

Mr. Booth obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Managerial Economics from Union College in Schenectady, New York after which he worked for Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP in Boston, Massachusetts.


David Barva
Vice President, Legal and General Counsel

Mr. Barva is the Vice President, Legal and General Counsel of Tidewater. Prior to joining the Tidewater team in September, 2017, Mr. Barva was the Associate General Counsel of a public E&P company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, where he worked for over eleven years in roles with progressively increasing responsibility. Mr. Barva brings to Tidewater approximately fifteen years of experience in a legal role at public E&P companies, primarily focused on Western Canadian and Eastern U.S. assets. Previously, Mr. Barva was an associate at a large national law firm generally advising oil and gas companies and related businesses in the areas of corporate and commercial law, as well as natural resources, oil and gas and regulatory law among other practice areas.

Holding a J.D. degree from the University of Calgary and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Lethbridge, Mr. Barva is a member of the Law Society of Alberta.

Doug Fraser

Mr. Fraser brings invaluable international and North American oil and gas experience to the Tidewater Team. Mr. Fraser was most recently the Chief Financial Officer at TAQA based in Abu Dhabi where he oversaw oil and gas and infrastructure assets with a value of greater than $30 billion. Prior to TAQA, Mr. Fraser was the CFO of PrimeWest Energy Trust at the time of its acquisition by TAQA for approximately $5 billion in cash. In roles previous to PrimeWest, Mr. Fraser was the Chief Financial Officer of Husky Energy and held senior roles at Petro-Canada and Imperial Oil. Mr Fraser will chair the audit Committee of Tidewater.


Trevor P. Wong-Chor

Mr. Wong-Chor has been a Director since February 4, 2015. Since September 2004, Mr. Wong-Chor has been a solicitor with the law firm DLA Piper (Canada) LLP (and its predecessor firms) where he is currently a Partner. Prior thereto, Mr. Wong-Chor was a Partner and an Associate at the law firm Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (and its predecessor firms) (1998-2004). Mr. Wong-Chor ‘s practice involves advising a broad range of clients on matters relating to capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and governance.


Stephen J. Holyoake

Mr. Holyoake brings over 20 years of operations, engineering and management experience, working in all disciplines of the oil and gas business from upstream to midstream operations. Mr. Holyoake is currently the President and CEO of Fireweed Energy Ltd. Mr. Holyoake was previously the VP, Drilling and Completions for Tangle Creek Energy; the VP, Operations for Sky West Energy; and the Drilling and Completions Manager for Berens Energy. Mr. Holyoake is a P. Eng., obtaining his Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Montana School of Mines in 1997 and his Petroleum Engineering Technology Diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in 1993. Mr. Holyoake previously held a board position at Predator Midstream, and is currently on the board of Predator Oil, Predator Oil BC and of Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure.


Margaret Raymond
Board of Directors

Ms. Raymond is an experienced environment, health and safety and human resources professional with many years in the oil and gas industry. She is presently (since 2009) a consultant and advises Corporate Boards of Directors and Executives on operational and EHS risk management and governance. Ms. Raymond was formerly Vice President Environment, Safety and Social Responsibility with Petro-Canada from 2006 to 2009. She was responsible globally at Petro-Canada for environment, health, employee assistance programs, safety, aboriginal affairs, security, stakeholder relations, emergency response and crisis management as well as corporate responsibility.

Ms. Raymond is on the boards of CAWST, a non-profit that brings clean water to the very poor in 63 countries around the world, the Alberta Water Portal Society, and the Calgary Opera.
Ms. Raymond holds her B.A. in Human Biology from Stanford University, (Palo Alto, CA) and her Masters of Public Health, Environmental Health, from the University of California, (Berkeley, CA). She also holds her ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, Directors Education Program, University Calgary, Haskayne School of Business (2007).

Robert Colcleugh

Mr. Colcleugh is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Beyond Energy Services & Technology Corp., a managed pressure drilling service company based in Calgary, Alberta (since January 2017). Prior thereto, he was Managing Director of Investment Banking for Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. (a division of Macquarie Bank) from 2009 until January 2017. Prior thereto, he was one of the founders of Tristone Capital Inc., a global energy investment banking boutique that was purchased by Macquarie in 2009.
Over the last 15 years Mr. Colcleugh has provided financing, mergers, acquisitions and divestiture advisory services to a broad array of energy companies in the domestic Canadian, international, midstream and technology industries.

Prior to his involvement in capital markets, he managed Duke Energy’s Power business in Ontario and their capital business in Canada where he deployed the utility’s balance sheet and created structured products around natural gas and power streams for customers.
Mr. Colcleugh began his career in portfolio management with a focus on high yield debt and energy equities after graduating from the University of Western Ontario’s Ivey Business School with an MBA in 1997.
