Jeremy Baines
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Baines is the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Tidewater Midstream. Mr. Baines has spent over 27 years at midstream and infrastructure businesses, and brings a strong background in operations, finance, and corporate development. Mr. Baines brings a deep understanding of the business and industry and a track record of success in optimizing and growing companies. Prior to joining Tidewater, Mr. Baines was President and Chief Executive Officer of Campus Energy Partners, a new energy infrastructure and supply company. Mr. Baines has also held several senior positions at AltaGas, including Senior Vice President, Strategic Projects, Vice President of Field Gathering and Processing, Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Finance, and was Chief Financial Officer at Torq Energy Logistics. Mr. Baines received an MBA degree from University of Alberta.Ian Quartly
Interim Chief Financial Officer
Ian Quartly brings over 19 years of finance and accounting experience to the Tidewater team. Prior to joining Tidewater, Mr. Quartly worked the last 10 years at publicly listed midstream and infrastructure entities headquartered in Calgary. Mr. Quartly also spent several years in the energy and natural resources group at KPMG in Sydney, Australia. Mr. Quartly holds a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia.Collin Intrater
Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Intrater is the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Tidewater. Prior to his time at Tidewater, Mr. Intrater was a corporate/commercial and M&A lawyer at Torys LLP, an international business law firm, from 2019 to 2024. His practice was focused on advising clients in the energy and infrastructure industry, including on a wide range of midstream, downstream, power and renewables transactions and commercial projects, as well as general corporate/commercial and corporate governance matters. Mr. Intrater also has experience acting as in-house counsel for public companies. Mr. Intrater holds a Juris Doctor from Robson Hall, Faculty of Law, at the University of Manitoba, and a Bachelor of Arts (with Distinction) from the University of Manitoba.Jared Gurevitch
Executive Vice President | Midstream Commercial
Mr. Gurevitch is the Executive Vice President, Midstream Commercial and has been with Tidewater since 2017. He is responsible for all Commercial and Marketing activity related to Tidewater’s Gas Processing, Gas Storage and NGL Fractionation businesses. Mr. Gurevitch brings over 10 years Midstream and commodity marketing experience specifically in Natural Gas, NGL and Sulphur. Prior to joining Tidewater, Mr. Gurevitch was part of the Ethane and Natural Gas team at Plains Midstream Canada where he focused on Gas Supply and Commercial activity related to their Straddle Plant business. Mr. Gurevitch holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and graduated from the University of Calgary in 2011.Shawn Heaney
Executive Vice President | Planning and Strategy
Mr. Heaney has been with Tidewater and its affiliates since September 2021, bringing over 10 years of capital markets and energy industry experience. Previously, he was a member of the Energy & Power investment banking team at BofA Securities, where he assisted in the execution of various mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings. Prior to, Mr. Heaney was also part of the investment banking group of Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. Mr. Heaney holds a Bachelor of Commerce, with a concentration in finance and accounting, from the University of Alberta.Matt Millard
Executive Vice President | Downstream Operations
Matt is the Executive Vice President, Downstream Operations responsible for all downstream assets at Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure. Matt has over 22 years of energy industry experience with the past 16 years in refining across process engineering, optimization and operations management roles. Matt holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer. Prior to joining Tidewater through the 2019 acquisition of the Prince George Refinery, Matt held various roles across Western Canada with Husky Energy.Steven Reisinger
Executive Vice President | Midstream Operations
Mr. Reisinger is Executive Vice President, Midstream Operations of Tidewater and has been with Tidewater since 2022. He brings over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry to Tidewater with vast experience in technical and leadership roles within the upstream and midstream industry. Mr. Reisinger’s main responsibilities at Tidewater include midstream engineering and operational matters, including safety, asset integrity, environmental, regulatory compliance and surface, mineral and land related matters. Prior to his time at Tidewater, Mr. Reisinger held various roles with Enerplus Corporation, including digital project manager from 2019 to 2022 and production engineering team lead (Canadian operations) from 2015 to 2019. Mr. Reisinger holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary.Peter Dykstra
Executive Vice President | Downstream Commercial
Mr. Dykstra is Executive Vice President, Downstream Commercial of Tidewater and has been with Tidewater since 2015. He brings over 10 years of experience in the energy industry to Tidewater, specifically in the midstream and downstream sectors with a focus on refined products. Mr. Dykstra is responsible for Tidewater’s commercial and marketing activities related to its downstream and refining business. Prior to his time at Tidewater, Mr. Dykstra contracted for MEG Energy and held various roles with junior E&P companies. Mr. Dykstra holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on entrepreneurship from The Kings University.Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors (BOD) provides directional support to Tidewater's leadership team. The BOD has the standard corporate governance responsibilities for a Canadian corporation including: setting corporate policy, ensuring ethical business practices, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Dea is the President and CEO of Kicking Horse Capital Inc. ("Kicking Horse"), an alternative asset manager, which he founded in 2020. Prior to Kicking Horse, Mr. Dea was a Partner at West Face Capital Inc. ("WFC"), an alternative asset manager, and Co-Head of the West Face Alternative Credit Fund. Prior to WFC he was Managing Director of Onex Corporation, a private equity firm. He has served as director of a number of public and private companies. Mr. Dea holds a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Yale College. Mr. Dea is the Chair of the Board of Directors.Margaret (Greta) Raymond

Ms. Raymond has been a director of the Corporation since May 25, 2017. Ms. Raymond is an experienced environment, health and safety and human resources professional with many years in the oil and gas industry. Since 2009, Ms. Raymond has been the President of her own consulting firm and, in this capacity, acts as a consultant and advises corporate Boards of Directors and Executives on operational and environment, health and safety risk management and governance. Ms. Raymond was formerly Vice President Environment, Safety and Social Responsibility with Petro-Canada from 2006 to 2009. She was responsible globally at Petro-Canada for environment, health, employee assistance programs, safety, aboriginal affairs, security, stakeholder relations, emergency response and crisis management as well as corporate responsibility. Ms. Raymond is on the board of directors of Centre for Affordable Water and Sanitation Technology, a non-profit that brings clean water to the very poor in 63 countries around the world, the Alberta WaterPortal Society, and the Calgary Opera Association. Ms. Raymond holds her B.A. in Human Biology from Stanford University, (Palo Alto, CA) and her Masters of Public Health, Environmental Health, from the University of California (Berkeley, CA). She also holds her ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, Directors Education Program, University Calgary, Haskayne School of Business (2007). Mr. McCarron is a Principal and Vice President at Birch Hill (private equity firm), which he joined in 2011. He has played key roles in Birch Hill's investments in Terrapure Environmental Ltd. (waste management solutions), Campus Energy Partners (midstream infrastructure and supply), Cozzini Bros., Sleep Country Canada, and Hi-Pro Feeds. Mr. McCarron has been a director of Terrapure Environmental since 2015, and previously served on the board of Sleep Country Canada Inc. from 2012 to 2015. Prior to Birch Hill, he was a Senior Consultant with Oliver Wyman in New York, working principally in M&A advisory and operations improvement for the financial services sector. Mr. McCarron holds an HBA (with distinction) from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University. Mr. McCarron is a member of the Audit Committee.Michael Salamon

Mr. Salamon is a Partner and Executive Vice President at Birch Hill Equity Partners Management Inc. ("Birch Hill") (private equity firm), which he joined in 2000 when it was part of TD Capital Group. Prior to Birch Hill, Mr. Salamon was Vice President at Harrowston Inc., a publicly-traded private equity investment company. Mr. Salamon is Chair of the board of directors of Terrapure Environmental Ltd. (waste management solutions) and is a director of Campus Energy Partners (midstream infrastructure and supply) and FlexNetworks (fibre-optics networks). He has served as a director of several public and private companies, including Anchor Lamina (former chair), Atria Networks (former chair), Avotus Corp., BIOX Corporation, DHX Media Ltd. (dba WildBrain), Marsulex Inc., Medwell Capital Corporation and Groupe Maskatel. Mr. Salamon holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BASc (Honours) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto. Mr. Salamon is a P.Eng, a CFA and holds the ICD.D designation. Mr. Salamon is a member of the Audit Committee and the Governance, Compensation, Safety and Sustainability Committee.David Smith

Mr. Smith joined the Board of the Corporation on March 5, 2024. Mr. Smith currently also serves as the chairman and the board of directors for two other public companies. Mr. Smith was previously the managing partner of Enterprise Capital Management Inc., an investment management firm which managed funds for institutional and high net worth investors. The Extractive Sector Transparency Measures Act (ESTMA) was brought into force by the Federal Government in 2015 to contribute to global efforts to increase transparency in the extractive sectors such as mining and oil and gas. The vast majority of Tidewater's business is midstream and therefore not subject to ESTMA. However, we have provided ESTMA reports since 2016.
