Robert Colcleugh
Interim CEO and Director

Mr. Colcleugh is the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Tidewater Midstream, roles he assumed on November 28, 2022, and May 25, 2017, respectively. Mr. Colcleugh has also been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tidewater Renewables since November 28, 2022.

Mr. Colcleugh has been the Chairman of the Board of Beyond Energy Services & Technology Corp (“Beyond”), a managed pressure drilling service company since August 2017. Prior thereto, Mr. Colcleugh was the Chief Executive Officer of Beyond from January 2017 until August 2017. Mr. Colcleugh was the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Iron Bridge Resources Inc., a TSX listed oil and gas producer, from July 2017 until its sale in October 2018. From 2009 until January 2017, he was Managing Director of Investment Banking for Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. (a division of Macquarie Bank). Prior thereto, he was one of the founders of Tristone Capital Inc., a global energy investment banking boutique that was purchased by Macquarie in 2009.

Mr. Colcleugh obtained his B.A. in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and graduated from the University of Western Ontario’s Ivey Business School with an MBA in 1997.

Brian Newmarch
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Newmarch joined Tidewater as its Chief Financial Officer in April 2022. With more than 20 years of energy industry experience, Mr. Newmarch has held executive leadership positions within the upstream energy sector with ARC Resources and Seven Generations Energy. Additionally, Mr. Newmarch spent a decade working within the capital markets businesses at Credit Suisse, Citibank and RBC. Mr. Newmarch holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree from the Haskayne School of Business and is a CFA Charterholder.

Jarvis A. Williams
President, Downstream

Mr. Williams is the President, Downstream at Tidewater, responsible for the Corporation’s downstream assets, including the Prince George Refinery. Prior to his current role, Mr. Williams was the Vice President, Logistics and Midstream Operations since February 4, 2015. From October 2012 until its sale in August 2014, Mr. Williams was Vice President of Midstream Operations and Logistics of Predator Midstream. Prior to joining Predator Midstream, Mr. Williams worked for SkyWest until its sale to Marquee Energy as well as PrimeWest Energy Trust and TAQA North Ltd.

Mr. Williams holds a Canadian Association of Petroleum Production Accounting (CAPPA) Certificate from SAIT Polytechnic in Calgary.

Jeff T. Ketch
Executive Vice President, Field Operations

Mr. Ketch is the Executive Vice President, Field Operations at Tidewater, responsible for the execution and optimization of the Corporation’s field assets. Prior to his current role, Mr. Ketch was the Vice President, Field Operations of Tidewater since February 4, 2015. Previously, Mr. Ketch held the positions of Vice President, Operations for both Predator Midstream and Highwood Oil Company Ltd. (formerly Predator Oil Ltd.) (2014). In addition, Mr. Ketch held management positions with Equal Energy Ltd., responsible for its Canadian assets (2007-2012).

Mr. Ketch’s management experience is complemented by years of experience as a field operator working with various oil and gas assets.

Reed McDonnell
Chief Commercial Officer

Mr. McDonnell is the Chief Commercial Officer at Tidewater, responsible for executing the Corporation’s commercial arrangements for its Montney and Deep Basin assets. Prior to his current role, Mr. McDonnell was the Vice President, Joint Venture & Commercial Operations since March 29, 2016. Previously, Mr. McDonnell was the Senior Midstream Operations & Business Analyst of Predator Midstream (February to August 2014). Prior thereto, Mr. McDonnell was in Institutional Equity Research at Cormark Securities Inc. (2011-2014) and Wellington West Capital Markets Inc. (2010-2011).

Mr. McDonnell holds an Honors Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Brent Booth
Executive Vice President, Marketing and Commercial Business Development

Mr. Booth serves as the Executive Vice President, Marketing and Commercial BD for the Corporation’s downstream assets. Prior to his current role, Mr. Booth served as the Vice President of NGL Marketing at Tidewater responsible for the organization's NGL and crude oil commercial marketing activities. Brent has been trading physical and financial NGL and crude oil commodities in the midstream Oil and Gas sector for 10+ years. Prior to joining Tidewater, he worked at Plains Midstream Canada in Calgary and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Boston, Massachusetts, where he provided advisory services to Tier 1 publicly traded technology and manufacturing clients headquartered in New England.

Mr. Booth obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Managerial Economics from Union College in Schenectady, New York.

David Barva
Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President, Shared Services

Mr. Barva is the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President, Shared Services at Tidewater. He is responsible for the Legal, Land, Sustainability, People Services and Information Technology groups at Tidewater. Prior to joining the Tidewater team in September, 2017, Mr. Barva was the Associate General Counsel of Trilogy Energy Corp., an exploration and production company listed on the TSX, where he worked since August, 2006 in roles with progressively increasing responsibility.

Mr. Barva holds a JD degree from the University of Calgary (2001) and a BA in Political Science from the University of Lethbridge (1996). He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta since 2002 and the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen.

Terrence Dumont
Executive Vice President, Montney

Mr. Dumont is the Executive Vice President, Montney at Tidewater Midstream, primarily responsible for the Corporation’s Pipestone business and related operations. Prior to his current role, Mr. Dumont was Director of Operations since May 2016.

Prior to joining Tidewater, Mr. Dumont held various management and leadership positions of increasing responsibility with PrimeWest Energy Trust and TAQA North Ltd. Mr. Dumont’s experience includes over 20 years in Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Project Management, Health & Safety, Technical Assurance and Corporate Governance roles.

Mr. Dumont holds a Diploma in Engineering Technology from NAIT.
