Corporate Governance

At Tidewater our Leadership and Board of Members are committed to the highest ethical standards and corporate governance processes. This webpage provides access to our governance documents, including the Board Mandate and Committees, Board Roles, Bylaws and Articles, and Board Policies.

Tidewater is a relatively new organization and we're growing. As we evolve we will continue to add governance documentation, and we encourage you to revisit this page occasionally to watch our progress.

SEDAR & ESTMA

All publicly-disclosed documents are available on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR), which is the electronic document disclosure and filing system for Canadian public companies. All of Tidewater's financial filings and disclosures are available on SEDAR at: http://www.sedar.com

The Extractive Sector Transparency Measures Act (ESTMA) was brought into force by the Federal Government in 2015 to contribute to global efforts to increase transparency in the extractive sectors such as mining and oil and gas. The vast majority of Tidewater's business is midstream and therefore not subject to ESTMA. However, we have provided ESTMA reports since 2016.
