The Extractive Sector Transparency Measures Act (ESTMA) was brought into force by the Federal Government in 2015 to contribute to global efforts to increase transparency in the extractive sectors such as mining and oil and gas. The vast majority of Tidewater's business is midstream and therefore not subject to ESTMA. However, we have provided ESTMA reports since 2016.
For more information on ESTMA, please refer to the information available through the Natural Resources Canada website at: http://www.nrcan.gc.ca/mining-materials/estma
